MCLAREN SUPPORTING VENTILATOR PRODUCTION

During the COVID-19 pandemic there has been a lot of focus on how it will affect the racing, travel around the globe, and also how we will view motorsport and all other sports for the foreseeable future.

McLaren recently let us see behind the scenes the other ways the CoronaVirus has impacted on their operations.

The short video hosted McLaren’s Head of F1 Build, Jonathan Brookes, gives us an insight into how the Woking based organisation is putting its shoulder to the wheel to help supply the NHS with equipment during the global pandemic.

In the video Jono explain the work they are doing to help produce ventilators to directly supply the NHS as part of the Ventilator Challenge UK consortium.

As the work progresses we expect to see updates on how their work is impacting frontline NHS staff as they continue to battle to get patients back to full fitness.

JDC is looking forward to welcoming everyone back to Formula1 in 2021 for what is expected to be a very exciting and closely run season. If you’d like to experience Formula 1 first hand, then take a look at our Paddock Club™ hospitality or contact JDC Promotions and let us build a bespoke package for you and your guests.
