Alpine has “question marks” after Monaco GP Q1 exit
After qualifying 10th two weeks ago for his home grand prix in Barcelona, Alonso failed to progress to Q2 for the first time this season.
The double F1 world champion finished 17th in Q1, four tenths behind Alpine team-mate Esteban Ocon, who did go through to Q2 and qualified 11th.
