PLATINUM SUITE MARQUEES
These superb luxuriously-appointed marquees are situated in the hub of the Tented Village next to the Jazz Band and close to the Parade Ring and Grandstand. Bookings of 2 or more can be made, with private company tables available for bookings of 8-12 guests.
This is a popular and great-value facility providing the “Cheltenham Experience”, and is further enhanced by celebrity tipster, John Francombe.
GLASS-FRONTED BOXES
View the racing from the comfort of a glass-fronted box overlooking the final two fences and the finishing straight, along with panoramic views of the stunning countryside surrounding the racecourse. Places in the Restaurant Box are available for 2 or more people, and private boxes are availble for 32 guests.

ALDANITI COMPLEX
The Aldaniti Complex is situated just past the Winning Post and provides a range of private facilities, all offering a great selection of gourmet food and fine wines for you and your guests to enjoy. Each facility has a private balcony overlooking the racecourse and has a minimum requirement of 30 people. The Aldaniti Complex incorporates:
Sundew Boxes (Ground Floor)
The location of the Aldaniti Complex ensures Sundew Boxes offer spectacular views over the racecourse. These ground floor boxes give guests a great position for access to the new Weighing Room Complex and Parade Ring.
Kilmore Boxes (Level One)
Situated next to to the new Parade Ring and Winner’s Enclosure, Kilmore Boxes are undoubtedly one of the prime locations to enjoy the full atmosphere of the Grand National meeting.
Teal Boxes (Level Two)
These panoramic boxes are always in great demand on all three days of the Grand National meeting. Each box is furnished to the highest standard and will give your guests an unforgettable day whilst racing at Aintree.

Manifesto Boxes (Ground Floor)
These ground floor boxes [available on Thursday only], provide the ideal venue for entertaining at Aintree. Each of the luxurious chalets offer fantastic views of all of the race finishes from a head-on position. As with all of our private facilities, Manifesto Boxes offer you and your guests, a choice of three sumptuous catering packages.
Empress Boxes (Level One)
Offering spectacular views up the home straight at Aintree, Empress Boxes are perfectly located to ensure excellent viewing of the race action throughout the three-day meeting. The most difficult choice you will have to make will be which of the exquisite dining packages you select for your guests to enjoy.

Sky Restaurant
This restaurant is the prime location to capture all of the race action at the John Smith’s Grand National meeting. Situated adjacent to the Grand National start line, the Sky Restaurant offers racegoers the perfect setting to enjoy an afternoon’s entertainment. Popular with corporate clients and groups of families and friends alike, the atmosphere of the Sky Restaurant will ensure a day to remember.
Manifesto Restaurant (Friday Only)
Available only on Ladies’ Day of the Grand National meeting, this all-inclusive restaurant is an assured way of spending the day in comfort, with all of your needs catered for. Inclusive of morning refreshments, four-course lunch with wine, complimentary bar and afternoon tea, this restaurant has to be considered for anyone wanting to enjoy Ladies’ Day at a more refined pace.
Jenkinstown Restaurant (Friday Only)
Located at the heart of Aintree’s buzzing concourse, the Jenkinstown Restaurant [positioned over two floors], offers the seasoned racing enthusiast, as well as the novice racegoer, the opportunity to sample racing at Aintree in a comfortable environment. Although this facility is not overlooking the racecourse, racegoers are within close proximity to the major Grandstands, with the badge for this package granting access to all ground floor enclosures.
Troytown Restaurant (Saturday Only)
New for 2006, the Troytown Restaurant offers racegoers a unique dining experience coupled with a Grandstand viewing badge,ensuring the best of both worlds for your day at the Grand National meeting. Although this restaurant isn’t directly overlooking the racecourse, your Grandstand badge will ensure that none of the race action will be missed during your visit.

Earth Summit Restaurant (Thursday and Saturday Only)
Offering the versatility of hospitality, coupled with a Grandstand badge of your choice, the Earth Summit Restaurant, available on Thursday and Saturday, is an ideal choice for anyone wanting to enjoy the Grand National meeting at a more leisurely pace. Although this buffet style restaurant doesn’t directly overlook the racecourse, your Grandstand badge will ensure you are only moments away from enjoying all of the race action.
The Old Weighing Room
The newest and most exclusive private bar facility at the John Smith’s Grand National meeting will undoubtedly be ‘The Old Weighing Room’. Formerly the Weighing Room and Winner’s Enclosure used for racing at Aintree, this will be the first time this building has been accessible to the public, giving racegoers the opportunity to capture the character of this historic facility. This prime setting offers its own private bar, a range of complimentary finger food, and a Champagne reception to start your day.

THE ROYAL ASCOT VILLAGE
Ideally positioned in the centre of the course opposite the New Grandstand, just yards from the finishing post, the Royal Ascot Village has a private viewing area on the rails. It is the ideal location to view the Royal procession and the finish of each race.
All Royal Ascot Village guests have full access to the New Grandstand throughout the day in addition to the exclusivity of the Village garden areas.
Private Chalets
Luxurious private chalets are available for a minimum of 30 or 50 guests. All with private garden areas.
Village Restaurant
The Royal Ascot Village Restaurant welcomes smaller groups, with parties of 10 guaranteed a private table. Smaller parties will be accommodated on a shared table. Bookings can be made in multiples of two.
